Formally includes anonymised analytics support however this is disabled by default for user privacy reasons.

On GetFormally.com

On GetFormally.com the form creator has to opt-in to analytics. This is in the Form Settings modal.

When enabled, the default behaviour is for analytics data to be submitted to GetFormally.com and this data is handled per our privacy policy.
